System Failure??

Okay. I beh-tahan liao.

Maxis lately have been horrible.

Terrible.

It has been 3-5 months since the Maxis line around my housing area went crashing down. Ever since then, I would have to pick up calls in weird positions and not being able to reply sms-es.

Terrible.

Today, when I went to pay my bill, I lodged a complaint. … Maybe a few complaints.  Anyway, the billing part was another issue. See, I’ve been kicked out of the family plan package and I have no idea why. I’ve been using Maxis for the past YEARS and I never had payment issue until recently.  My family usually pays with the credit cart – the auto payment. Right now, I have to go every month to pay my bill or else they’ll bar my phone.

Terrible.

I think they’ve got employment issues too. I’m sorry if you’re working for Maxis but I’m not referring to you (unless you are one of them).  What I meant was, the employees weren’t friendly either. As soon as I told them the problem, I could see the change in their faces and all they gave was STUPID ANSWERS.

Maybe at that time, everything I didn’t want to hear as answers were considered stupid lah.

Terrible.

*Warning: Violence ahead. Please note that words and actions bolded & italized below did not take place. For civilization purposes, they were all imaginaries though the author wished it happened in reality.  For Psych students: Superego overtook Id, fortunately.

Here was how the conversation went:

Me: I’ve been removed from my family package. Can you change it back for me?

Employee 1   : Call 123 and you can change from there.

I screamed! I took my phone and I threw it at her face!! Pull her hair andslap her 23 times!

Me:??????? Then I come all the way to your Maxis centre for what?!?!?!!?

Terrible!

So the next complaint was about the Maxis line.

Me: There’s a sudden crash in the line and it has been bad for the past months. There are 5 Maxis users in my home and we don’t even have ONE functioning Maxis line at home. How can we not have line in our own home? Our own HOME?!

Employee 2: Why not you go lodge a complaint?

Me: ??????????????????????????????

I took off my shoes and whacked his face until his eyes & nose bled.

Me: I did lodge a complaint. So many times already!! It hasn’t been better and I’m complaining to you now.

Employee 2: We are upgrading our system.

Me: For 3 months????

Employee 2: Yeah.

Me: THE LINE WAS SO GOOD BEFORE YOU UPGRADED IT. YOU THINK I BODOH AHH! THIS IS CALL DOWNGRADE, NOT UPGRADE. Obviously your upgrading system is not working.

I couldn’t take it anymore and took the Mitsubishi storm and ram the Maxis Centre down.

Terrible!

Yerh!!!!!!! Soooooooo geram.

Dear Maxis,

DON’T BLAME EVERYTHING ON YOUR SYSTEM.

You’ve created such a system, and now you’re blaming it on the system?

Why not blame it on the lousy, incompetent employers you hire?

That includes your customer service department who were so-called “trained” to answer to your customer’s demands.

Digi’s right. It’s really time to change.

LoL!

I must tell you one true fact about my dad. When he is angry, he becomes very irrational.

I didn’t go to Maxis alone. He walked in to the Maxis centre with me.

The employees smiled when we walked in

“welcome, welcome. What can I do for you, sir?”

The first thing he said. FIRST THING he said (very loudly) was:

Tell me how to switch to DIGI???

I cannot be ANYMORE  embarrased I feel like running away.

I had to tell him : Daddy, behave!
